Who this is for

VS Corp Retail Hub is an internal tool for VS Corp staff to manage petty cash, view sales and stock reports, and plan store operations. Access is limited to people whose account has been created by a VS Corp administrator.

What we collect

• Your name, work email address, role, and the store or cluster you are assigned to.
• If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your email address and basic profile (name) with us. We use this only to match you to an existing account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google data.
• Records you create in the app, such as expenses, approvals and uploads, and a log of when they were made and by whom.

How we use it

To sign you in, to show you only the stores and reports your role allows, and to keep an audit trail of financial actions. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Data is stored with our hosting and database providers (Supabase and Vercel) and is visible only to VS Corp staff according to their role. Passwords are never stored in readable form.

Your choices

To correct your details, remove your access, or ask what is held about you, contact your system administrator. Access is removed when you leave VS Corp.
